PURCHASES:
Film Fiends accepts payments by credit card, e-check, or debit card through PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to place an order but all orders are processed through their website. You have to pay through them but you do NOT have to sign up for an account. This is currently the only method we can accept payments. Signing up with them is optional, free, easy, and 100% secure.
Louisiana residents must add 9% sales tax to all orders.
Many of the films we sell are unrated. We therefore recommend that these titles be purchased by ADULTS ONLY. Chances are, if it's unrated, the film will contain graphic nudity, excessive gore, acts of violence, drug use, and/or anything else you can think of that you could be offended by. If you are sensitive to things we suggest you shop elsewhere or not purchase unrated DVDs.
SHIPPING:
We currently ship all orders through the United States Postal Service. Orders (within the U.S) of two or more items are sent via Priority Mail which generally takes 3-4 days to reach our customers within the United States. Shipments of one item are sent via First Class mail and generally take 4-7 days to reach their destination. MOST ORDERS ARE SENT OUT WITHIN 72 HOURS OF BEING RECEIVED. If an item is out of stock we will contact you about your options.
We pack and protect our packages well but Film Fiends is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.
International customers: YOU are responsible for charges for customs clearance. Film Fiends has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies differ from country to country — contact your local customs office for further information.
SHIPPING RATES:
United States and Canada = $6.00 per pound
Everywhere else = $12.00 per pound
RETURNS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of discs with manufacturing defects (see below for more info).
We will not take back DVDs that are damaged due to customer mishandling. 99% of scratches and cracking are caused by mishandling of the discs and are NOT manufacturer's defects.
Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title only and must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase date. You MUST contact us BEFORE a return can be made. Do not send back your item(s) until you contact us with a description of the problem.
We will not take back titles that will not play in your player due to PAL, regional coding, or any other formatting issue. Be sure your player can play the disc you are buying. Chances are, if you're not positive, you can assume it will not play in your player.
Normal U.S. DVD players are Region 1 / NTSC (but they should also play non-coded / region 0 discs).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
